General Meeting
Our December 4th board meeting was an important step in getting us back underway as an operating booster club. As a membership we completed a number of important items.
First a full board was elected to progress the restart the Madison East Boosters. As we update the website we will post the names and roles of the board positions.
Our new by-laws were adopted. This supports our operating structure and enables us to move forward with certain licenses and insurance needed for operations.
Finally we have compeleted updating our tax returns and are now up to date with our IRS filings as well as updating our Sales Exempt Tax certs...
